How working with us goes

By using our website or asking for a service, you agree to these terms. Here is the usual path.

1

You ask

Send a quote or inquiry form with correct details so we can reach you.

2

We share an offer

You get a plan or estimate that explains what is included and what it costs.

3

You agree

Work or coverage starts once you accept the offer or sign the plan contract.

4

We help you

You request service or file a claim, and we arrange the repair or visit.

The key terms

What you should know about each part of HouseHoldEase.

Using our website

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Give true and current details in our forms.
  • Please do not misuse the site, copy it, or try to break into it.
  • Our logo, text and images belong to HouseHoldEase.

Quotes and estimates

  • A quote is based on what you tell us. If the real situation is different, the price may change.
  • Any change is explained to you before extra work begins.
  • Free quotes do not oblige you to buy.

Home warranty plans

  • Each plan has its own contract that lists what is covered, limits and costs.
  • If this page and your plan contract differ, the contract applies.
  • Plans may have a waiting period or a service fee per visit. Check your plan.

Repairs, interiors and waterproofing

  • Scope, timeline and price are written in your estimate or agreement.
  • Some work is done by trusted independent partners and contractors.
  • Please allow safe access to your property on the agreed dates.

Coverage in simple terms

No plan covers everything. These are the common rules, but your own plan contract is always the final word.

If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us before you book.

Usually covered

The systems and appliances listed in your plan that break down from normal use.

Usually not covered

Problems that existed before your plan began, damage from misuse or neglect, and cosmetic damage.

How to make a claim

Call or email us with your plan details and a description of the problem. We then arrange a technician.

Always check your contract

It lists exact limits, exclusions and fees for your plan.

Who does what

A fair deal works both ways.

What we do

  • Give you clear information about plans, services and costs.
  • Respond to your requests and claims in good time.

What we ask of you

  • Share accurate details about your home and the problem.
  • Pay on the dates and in the way set out in your agreement.
  • Look after your property and appliances with normal care.
  • Give our team safe access when a visit is booked.
