You send us a request or quote form on householdease.com. By doing so, you agree to let us contact you about it.
We use it
We reply to you, check that we serve your area and prepare your estimate or project papers.
We protect it
Your details are encrypted, and only team members who need them can see them.
We remove it
After up to 24 months we delete or anonymize it, unless the law says we must keep it longer.
What we collect, and why

Your contact details
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
Why: to reply to your request, send your estimate and stop spam.
Your home and location
- Zip code, city, county, state and country
- Home or business
- Whether you own the property
Why: to check we offer service in your area and follow local licensing rules.
Details that help us advise you
- Age range
- Accessibility needs
- When you want the work done
Why: to suggest the right fit, such as a walk-in tub or easier-access bathroom.
Basic visit information
- Anonymized IP address
- Browser and device system
- The page you came from
Why: to keep the website safe, fast and free of bots.
You are in charge of your data
If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut or Utah, state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA) give you these rights.
We will never charge you more or give you worse service for using them.
See it
Ask what we collected about you in the last 12 months, where it came from and why we used it.
Fix it
Tell us if anything is wrong or out of date and we will correct it.
Delete it
Ask us to erase your information. We may keep a small part only if the law requires it.
Be treated fairly
Using your rights never changes your prices or the service you get.

Cookies
We use must-have cookies to keep forms working and secure, plus simple performance cookies that do not identify you. You can switch off the non-essential ones in your browser. Turning off the must-have ones may stop forms from working.
How we keep it safe
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3, 256-bit) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited by job role, and we watch for break-in attempts around the clock.
Adults only
Our services are for property owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If a child has sent us their details, email us and we will remove them quickly.
